THIRTY

THIRTY is an intimate, stylish and very comfortable Bed and Breakfast apartment in the beautiful fishing port of Brixham. Rob and Chris extend a very warm welcome to all their guests and will do all they can to make your stay a memorable one. We essentially cater for couples looking for a relaxed, romantic break away from the stresses of every day life and the ideal location for discovering the beauty of the South West. We welcome couples with a young baby and provide for their specific needs. When baby is asleep spend a relaxing evening in your Sitting room watching Sky TV or a glass of wine on the decking with our baby alarm for peace of mind. Children must not be left on the premises unsupervised. We are a non smoking establishment within the building although we do allow smoking outside on the patio (please inform us when booking) Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.

We serve a fresh, locally sourced breakfast, all our sausages and bacon come from animals reared to the highest welfare standards on farms in the surrounding area and are hand made and dry cured by our butcher.

We strive to accommodate all dietry requirements. Sample Menu : Freshly brewed Tea and Coffee, Fruit Juice. A selection of branded Cereals. Bacon, Sausage, Free Range Egg, Beans, Tomato, Mushrooms. Followed by Toast and branded preserves. There is a choice of skimmed / semi skimmed and full fat milk.

We also cater for the smaller appetite or those wanting a lighter start to the day on request.

Guests have their own private access via steps down alongside the main house (therefore it is unsuitable for those with limited mobility) which leads into a private secluded apartment where you are the only residents.

All of the rooms are accessed via a central hallway. We endeavour to make our guests stay with us a comfortable,memorable experience which they will want to repeat.
