THIRTY

Thirty is a 5 star rated luxury bed and breakfast apartment which has recently been refurbished to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Your private sitting/dining room has everything you would expect including a 32" widescreen television with full Sky package, DVD player and various dvd's. A large two seater sofa and armchair, side and coffee tables.

At the other end of the room is the dining area where your delicious breakfast is served. We use only the freshest, top quality ingredients in our breakfasts Organic where possible and sourced locally, our eggs are collected directly from the farm. The meat in our sausages and bacon are sourced from farms in the surrounding area and are hand made and dry cured by our butchers.

The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed with top quality 100% combed Pima cotton sheet, a king size feather and down duvet and plump pillows (microfibre duvet and pillows are available upon prior request for allergy sufferers) There is a large built in wardrobe, plenty of drawer space and bedside drawers with lamps. A hairdryer and radio alarm are also provided.

The bathroom is unusually spacious and has a large corner bath with shower over. We provide good quality fluffy cotton towels and

complimentary toiletries along with 100% cotton towelling bathrobes.

Guests have private use of the decked Patio and seating on the peaceful, secluded terrace to enjoy the sunshine.
