At THIRTY we take great pride in offering the highest levels of quality, service and cleanliness. Our aim is to make your stay with us a memorable one, so you leave us feeling relaxed and pampered. You are assured of our personal friendly attention from the minute you arrive.

Your private sitting/dining room has everything you would expect, including a 32" widescreen LCD flat panel television with full Sky package, DVD player and various dvd's. A large 2 seater sofa and armchair, side and coffee tables.

The Suite is centrally heated for your comfort with thermostats on all radiators to allow you to control the temperature.

In the hall there is a fridge with ice for your cool drinks and Tea/Coffee making facilities where a variety of Teas, Coffee and Hot Chocolate are provided.

There is a sunny decked patio for your own private use during your stay, with garden furniture for you to relax and enjoy the mild climate for which the English Riviera is renowned.

The breakfast we serve is cooked fresh to order and includes Fruit juice, a selection of Cereals including Dorset cereals, or Fresh seasonal Fruit with Homemade Greek style Yoghurt followed by the traditional "Full English" with Toast and Preserves and freshly brewed Tea or Coffee. Guests with a Smaller appetite or those wanting something other than the Full English are also well catered for with a selection of dishes including Porridge, Scrambled or Poached Eggs, Seasonal Fresh Fruits or homemade American style fluffy pancakes.

We use only the finest quality ingredients for our breakfasts including Yorkshire Tea, Taylors of Harrogate Fairtrade Coffee, Tiptree "Crystal Orange" Marmalade. We also make some of our own preserves varying throughout the year, at the moment we have a delicious Lemon Curd and Summer fruit Preserve. Most of our Teas, Coffee and Sugar are Fairtrade.

The Bacon and Sausages are from a westcountry family butchers who's ethos is “to provide top quality, traceable meats using traditional butchery methods whilst supporting the local farming community and West Country suppliers.” They make all of our sausages and dry cure the bacon themselves. Our delicious golden Eggs are collected by us from a local family run farm. We try to support local and British producers who can supply the highest quality seasonal produce.

We use non toxic, environmentally friendly and in some cases organic cleaning products and toiletries, we also have non allergenic microfibre duvet and pillows available by prior request

We provide free Wi-Fi access and a full Sky tv package on our new LCD tv so no need to miss that "big game"
