Double Room £25.00 - £27.50 pppn

Double Room £35.00 - £37.50 pppn single occupancy.

Newborn to 18 months Free

Children 18 months to 6 years £7.00 pn.

Children 7 years to 16 years £15 pn.

We require a deposit of one nights accommodation within 7 days of booking.

For reservations with less than 14 days notice a deposit is required WITHIN 72 hours.

Rooms will be booked on a provisional basis untill deposit is received. If we do not receive deposit within time scale we will attempt to contact you, if we still do not receive deposit we will deem this as a cancellation and re-let the room.

The balance in cash prior to departure is preferred

or by cheque with a valid cheque guarantee card 5 days prior to departure.

Please note: deposit is non refundable if booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to holiday date unless we are able to re-let the accommodation.

Please note: To keep costs to a minimum THIRTY does not have credit card facilities.

Fluffy towels, bath robes, toiletries and hairdryer are supplied.

Microwave, Fridge with ice box, tea/coffee making facilities.

Sunny decked area for your private use.

Your own private sitting room with 32" widescreen television with full Sky package.

For guests with a baby we provide a Graco Contour Electra Travel Cot which has a raised bassinet for a newborn up to 7 kilo`s which has a vibrating mattress if required. It also includes a removable changing table and an optional soft toy bar, night light and music centre. We provide a high chair and baby alarm. Children over 18 months who are too large for the travel cot can be accommodated on a Jaybe fold out bed either in the parents bedroom or in the Sitting room.

Locally sourced full English Breakfast.

The meat in our Bacon and Sausages are sourced from farms in the surrounding area practising the highest animal welfare standards and are Dry Cured and Hand made by our butchers. All our Eggs are Free Range direct from the farm.

Vegetarians and other dietry needs catered for with prior arrangement.
