Directions:

From the M5/Exeter follow the A38 and A380 (Torbay) to Newton Abbot. Continue on the A380 towards Torquay via Kingskerswell and turn right at the Riviera roundabout, still on the A380 around Paignton and A3022 to Brixham.

On entering Brixham follow road markings TOWN at traffic lights. Take the 4th left into Penpethy Road which is uphill and bends 90 degrees to the right.THIRTY is at the brow of the hill, the first house with a drive on the right.
